Excellent location, 5 minutes from San Marco Sq.
Kitchen fully supplied.
Felt secure with the locking mechanism.
This is Venice so some of these comments apply to a lot of other places as well.
The apartment is obviously in an old building which brings some design and size limitations. Neighbours coughing all night if you’re unlucky, unpleasant smell at times. Hallways narrow for heavy luggage, and no lift. But again, this is Venice.
The managers not always promptly responsive - they do get back to you in time, but if you want to ask something, best to allow plenty of time for the response.

Situation parfaite dans Venise. Confortable et calme. A 3 minutes à pieds de la place San Marco.

There were other apartments, there were other hotels, but it was the first place ever that we slept as blissfully as in home.
Not much to see from the windows...

Stairs to appt a bit shabby, furniture a bit old but overall good value for money
