Stylish Penthouse with terrace in Trastevere

Location was excellent. And the size of the apartment was great. The balcony and were top were nice and lots of storage.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give a higher rating due to some inconveniences about the property. The shower head didn’t work, only the spray arm, shower was challenging. We couldn’t sit on the balcony because the chairs were both broken. We booked for 4 people and the description says there are 3 beds, one was a pull out sofa but no linens were left for us to use the pullout. Upon messaging the property host it took 2 nights out of our 4 nights to get sheets for the third bed. By that time we had put together other ways to cover the sofa and my son used a towel as a cover. Not the type of experience you want when staying on vacation and this experience greatly reduced our content with the property. Also there was green algae in the coffee machine which we had to clean out but then some guests were grossed out and didn’t use the machine.

This property was absolutely amazing. Worth the money. Location was in the middle of Ttavistere and being so close it was still pretty quiet in the house. Rooftop view was exceptional and we did spend a few nights up here looking out towards St Pauls. We were a family of 4 and it suited our needs perfectly. It made out trip.

It was top floor but didn't have a elevator. It was fine for us but older people with issues they could struggle

Patio furniture was older and should be replaced. The couch seats have broken slats and some seats are not useable. The lower terrace chairs are broken too. All in all, the place needs a little more upkeep to be amazing.
