The Epic Colorado Vista Cay Orlando

Beautiful house. Great location especially close to Epic Universe. Very clean and all required amenities available.

I had to call twice to obtain the access codes for both the gate and the house, even though it was already past the official check-in time. I waited until check-in, expecting the codes to be sent, especially since I had been told a week earlier that they would be provided “soon.” Fortunately, there was a phone number listed on my Booking.com reservation. Otherwise, I would likely have been left standing outside with no way to access the property. If you are considering booking this house, be aware that communication regarding the access codes could be significantly improved. The other major issue was the Wi-Fi. The signal was extremely weak and, in many areas, there was effectively no connection at all. When travelling with children or young adults, reliable Wi-Fi is an essential amenity, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.

Excellent location, so handy for everything Universal and International Drive related. Very comfortable, well decorated and clean accommodation. It felt very safe and easy. There’s a Publix within a 10 minute walk and a Walgreens even closer.

The showers aren’t wonderful but also not dreadful. WiFi is fairly weak and the communication with the owners/management team was a bit sporadic which was a little frustrating. Otherwise, everything was great and I would genuinely recommend this property. We were given the wrong code to access the security gates initially. If you encounter this, go to the main clubhouse building and they will be able to help.

The location was great and the resort fully equipt with everything. The beds were amazingly comfy, paired with the quiet street made for excellent sleep! Lots of space and extra amenities such as toiletries.

3 TVs in the accommodation and not single one could be watched due to the lack of wifi signal- which was non exsistant for us- this isnt a massive deal but when its been a busy park day or the weather was bad a nice chill infront of the tv would have been nice. I contacted the host multiple times since booking to have no response which was very disappointing.

Éramos 4 adultos y dos niños por lo que nos resultó muy cómoda para la dinámica de dos familias. Muy limpio todo, muebles y electrodomésticos de buena calidad, buenos amenities en el complejo, habitaciones amplias y una gran ubicación cercana a los parques de universal, Disney y shopping.

La gestión de EPIC X US. Deberíamos recibir instrucciones de cómo era el proceso de check in (el acceso a complejo es por un portón con clave y a la casa tb, algo que no era muy claro en los mensajes que nos enviaron) y los datos para el check in lo recibi via booking pasado el horario informado de las 16 del check in. Por suerte en la recepción del complejo y después de investigar quién era EPIC X US personas lograron contactar al dueño de la unidad para que me enviara los datos de ingreso (lo hiz 15:59). También consultamos cómo podíamos contratar servicio de limpieza (y pagarlo desde ya) pero nunca contestaron nuestros mensajes o whats app pese a que dice que están 24/7. La verdad una lástima que la gestión sea mala por que la propiedad es buenísima y muy cómoda en todo aspecto.
