Worst place to stay

Flat comfy and clean and nice size , towels / bedding provided. Very close to everything , shops/ seafront

On top floor and lots narrow steps to climb especially with suitcases. Busy road and lots noise with people coming home from pub . People underneath in flat confronted us twice about noise and frightened children. No parking spaces and you have to pay only free from 6 pm to 8am . Very narrow street and looks a mess

We love Southport,we had all activities booked in,but there was no heating or hot water,so spent most of my time on the phone to the owner or running the shops to buy heaters for the front room and kids room,we did get a 50 percent refund bit it just spoilt the weekend having to drag kids around cold with no bath or shower,grim it was

Enjoyed the stay plus the location just would of been better with tv in each room then probably wouldn’t of needed anoth

Another chair would of been nice for a family plus I would of thought each room would have a tv and not share just the one but other then that I was really happy with it and I would stay again but I do think it would be better if each room had there own tv plus another chair with it being three adults and one child

Very unsatisfactory

After struggling up 3 flights of stairs that we wasn't informed about when booking we were very disappointed with apartment, light taped up on kitchen ceiling, rusty towel radiator in bathroom, cuttlery drawer clearly not cleaned spillages & dead bugs, black mould spots all over base of one bed. Didn't even unpack Wasn't offered any other accommodation after speaking with booking. Com was basically told if we didn't stay we would lose our money Needless to say we did not stay. I have always booked my breaks through booking.com but never again..customer service appalling 😒

Lovely location and lovely modern layout

Nice layout, loads of plug sockets everywhere, used tv and thank you for app pre loaded. We got our steps in as the apartment was on the top floor. Facilities was good and all we needed was to hand.

Parking was a bit expensive and limited ( due to residential area.. the beds was ok but way too soft no support .. had bad back ack in the mornings . Shower coil was broken before hand and only one part of the shower worked.
