Town centre, Luxury 3 King size bedrooms all with private en-suite including a Jacuzzi bath. The open plan living area is situated on the top floor and offers all modern appliances. Within walking distance of Southport's famous town centre, train station, bars and Southport's famous golf courses. Private garage parking for two cars. Ideal for 3 couples or large families. All bedding and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer available walking distance to Promenade and beach. Strictly no pets.

Central location, huge beds/bedrooms all en-suite. Very roomy kitchen/dining/tv area. Be sure no-one would struggle with the three flights of stairs. Plenty of garage space. All amenities within very short walk. Love Southport, so much open space. Fair number of empty shops but compared to most seaside destinations it retains its class and grandeur.

We booked this place for a few nights away in Southport for my sister's 40th. It was a surprise trip and the house helped to make it a really great weekend. It truly is a unique and beautiful property that I would recommend to anyone.

The property was perfect for our weekend stay. The bedrooms are huge and the beds really comfortable. Three lovely bathrooms too. The garage was easy to use and handy to have as parking. The top floor living space is amazing, comfy sofas down one end and a big well equipped kitchen down the other. Gorgeous big windows let in plenty of light. And host Lyn was really efficient with communication and check in. This place felt like a real treat!

We attended a family funeral, it was a good social space, light and airy. Good central location and parking was a boon. We managed to fit a Range Rover and small Peugeot in the garage. Good communication from host. Kitchen work tops and cupboard doors were streaky and sticky and dirty cutlery and plates had been put away by previous guests. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean Take your own shampoos and body soaps

Had a great time. Can’t fault the house at all. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very central. The only drawback is the fact it’s very close to a bar which caused some late night noise occasionally and so did the neighbours having an all night party. Other than that, can’t fault it. We had a very enjoyable break. Even managed to watch Man Utd beat Liverpool at Old Trafford!😁

Stayed for a few days during Easter hols. 4 adults 3 children - SO much space! The bedrooms are amazing, three bathrooms too plus 2 car garage was more than enough for us. Fantastic location for main shopping street and the pier and beach, easy walking distance which was key for us. Easy check in process, quick response from owner. Be aware this property is on three levels so guests must be ok with stairs. Would happily stay again.
