We had no breakfast but we knew this beforehand. Location good as far as I'm aware. Large house so plenty of room.
Master bedroom duvet could have done with being ironed and some of the wall paper in the front lounge needs re-pasting but that's me being extremely picky

we self catered. Kitchen was good and bedrooms very comfortable. We don't often use Air BnB's but we like the homeliness and privacy it provides. It is a house with character too.
Salt and pepper in the kitchen would be nice. Maybe some olive oil?

The property offered lots of space particularly in the bedrooms. It was very well kitted out. It was warm and comfortable. We took our dog and she was really happy with the garden. The location was quiet and not too far to the sea front.
No complaints.
