It's good value for money. The apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, electric kettle etc... Its located in a peaceful residential area, but a bit far from the city centre. The staff were good and helpful. You get free cleaning service on demand including washing of vessels. Basement parking is available
A lot of noise filters through, for instance, the flush sound in the adjacent flat sounds so loud as if its in our own flat, noise of closing the door, someone speaking in the next flat filters through. There are no hooks to hang clothes. The second room and the bathroom is quite cramped. There could be more chairs in living room. There are 3 flats with each one differing slightly in layout. The flat you get could be different from the photos.

Location nice, clean apartment
We stayed for 2 nights, asked for some extra tea powder, security told it's not possible to give extra. I paid 6000 and they couldn't provide extra tea powder?
