I booked this place first. After booking I contacted the property for early check-in at 11am. The person who spoke to me over phone was very humble and he was very helpful. He said early check-in is not possible in this property due to lack of vacancy. He offered another property immediately ( suvarna elite, JP nagar) and helped us to do early check-in at 11am. The response was quick and prompt. They didn't charge anything extra for early check-in. We stayed in suvarna elite. The location is good and supermarket, kfc, Domino's, restaurants etc are at walkable distance. Particularly the suvarna group's management and customer friendlyness is good. I can confidently say this yellow house is also would be a great place to stay

1. There was no drinking water can facility at the accommodation. Later on I came to know during feedback phone call, that they arrange watercan if the customer requests for it. Actually the reception staff didn't inform us about this and we ended up buying water bottles from supermarket 2. There should be wall clock in the property

Last moment we they accomodate another property called yashishta mansion. every thing is good but few things are missing, bathroom doors are jammed,no toothpaste,only shampo and shower gel.ni Soap, gas stove is old and poor.and main thing drinking water there is no water purifier.

It could be better if utensils would be increased and AC to be installed
