The neighborhood and responsive staff members.
The kitchen was super basic. It could have been better equipped given that we had told them we were traveling with kids and elderly parents and needed a fully equipped kitchen. Also cleanliness could have been better. The property got cleaned only every other day and the fans were dusty as were the floors under the beds.

The location is good. In the middle of a calm residential layout. Also just 1 or 2 kms away from lot of eateries.
Inspite of the caretaker confirming (when we checked in) that water heaters in both rooms are working fine, we later noticed that heater was not working in one room (heater cable itself was plugged out). The caretaker over phone assured that he will get back. That never happened. Most probably they know this issue before hand - but plainly lied.
