Property was in a grate location right next you the beach, was worried with some of the reviews left but can honestly say it’s a grate caravan yes it’s an older caravan but it was clean and comfortable we stayed for 3 nights and had the most amazing time , grate communication with owner for the price of the caravan would 10/10 recommend and 100% would stay again

Did have a slight damp smell but after opening the windows for a bit smell soon went other than that I can’t say a bad word against the caravan

It had everything you needed for a self catering holiday

Brilliant location with a stunning beach being a short 5 minute walk away, loved the sound of the ocean during the night ! The caravan was in overall good condition , a few minor wear and tear which was noticeable but on arrival it was very clean and cosy . Great value for money .

The host was helpful and the location is very good, located close to the beach and away from noise. The price was relatively cheap.

It wasn’t as clean as we expected based on the other reviews. We checked in early, at around 1pm, and on arrival we immediately let the host know that the property was dirty. He explained that because we had checked in early, the cleaners hadn’t arrived yet. However, this hadn’t been mentioned during any of our previous phone conversations. He did offer to send a cleaner, but by that point we had already started cleaning ourselves. Fortunately, we had read the previous reviews and brought our own duvets, as one of the duvets provided had blood on it. There was also a used plaster on the floor which we didn’t notice initially and unfortunately stood on. There was also a smashed window which the host was aware of, but we were left to discover this ourselves on arrival. I feel that many of these issues could have been avoided with better communication. If an early check-in means the property won’t have been cleaned, this should be made clear beforehand. If we request an early check-in, we would reasonably expect the property to be clean and ready, or at least to be informed if that isn’t going to be possible. Poor considering our ‘early check in’ was also just after 1pm. Overall, the main issue for us was the lack of communication rather than simply the cleanliness itself.
