very clean, cozy, comfortable beds. the host is very kind and welcoming. swimming pool was a joy to kids.
too intense smell of all perfumed chemical cleaning products, laundry softeners, etc. it might as well be a usual practice across booking apartments, but since the apartment is on the last floor and when staying with small kids you cannot really open the windows because of safety, it is too much. lacking a dishwasher and a worktop space is a tad too small for proper cooking

El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones. Todo reformado y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta a menos de media hora de Santa Cruz y con muy buena conexión en autobús. La avenida de la playa es muy bonita y dispone de todos los servicios necesarios. Recomendable 100%. Volvería a repetir.

Lo nuevo que es, la limpieza y las vistas Aparcamiento en la misma puerta y a dos minutos de la autovía
El sillón no es muy cómodo y el baño deja un poco que desear (lavabo chico e incómodo)
