Apartamento Vacacional Ático frente al mar

The roof garden was our favorite spot. The kitchen has enough utensils to really cook and the whole apartment gave us the „cozy feel“. The Manager - Nuria - had the unenviable task to tell us a few days in that the water in that whole section of town needed to be shut down for emergency repairs by the utility. Her great communication and her proactive supply of copious bottles of water made this a minor inconvenience for a few hours, rather than an unannounced disaster. Well done, Nuria! The apartment is not in a high tourist area. We loved that Spanish was spoken all around us, rather than German or English, but your mileage may vary. Quick access from the apartment to the TF1 freeway, but the bus stop to take you to Santa Cruz or the South is literally half a block away.

There was nothing amiss.

Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand, supermarkten, centrum. Prima faciliteiten; parkeerplaats, groot schoon zwembad. En het appartement zeer compleet, veel ruimte en schoon. Mooi en groot dakterras. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen, we kwamen laat aan in de avond en dit was geen probleem. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, wszystko co potrzebne można było w nim znaleźć. Gospodarz też był bardzo miły. Świetne miejsce do polecenia.

Byliśmy akurat w czasie silnych wiatrów i rusztowanie markizy hałasowało, co było odczuwalne w nocy, ale to pewnie wina pogody, a nie apartamentu.

The terrace was exceptional. The apartment block was extremely clean and the pool was a lovely addition. It was very close to beach, shops, bars and buses.

It’s slightly dated and shower over bath isn’t ideal! There’s also no fan in the bathroom.
