About this cottage rental
Our rural home, Casa Ludwig, is located on the Yphys Estate in the municipality of Güimar on the island of Tenerife. It is situated in a rural area, very close to the coast (Puertito de Güimar, 4 km away), and twenty minutes from the island’s capital (Santa Cruz).
The house has three floors:
The first floor, Casa Efigenia, is available for rent.
The middle floor of the house is the private residence of the estate’s owners.
Finally, the attic—Casa Ludwig, the property we’re referring to here—is located on the top floor of the house. It consists of a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower, a large terrace, and a spacious living room with a TV and Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing. On this floor, there is also a small bedroom with a double bed and another large bedroom with four single beds, as well as a small area set up as a living room. These two bedrooms share a small bathroom with a hydromassage shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. To access the apartment, enter through the shared front door and go up the staircase.
We have three guard dogs on the property.
We speak German.

propre et bien entretenue ,l 'hote est très serviable,instructif,acceuillant et d une très grande confiance et fait tout pour que les vacanciers se sentent à l aise et comme chez eux notre départ auprès de la ferme était triste tellement que nou nous plaisant ainsi que pour les enfants qui ont passés des vacances mémorables.

Let's be clear, if you are looking for a traditional sunshine,pool,beach holiday this is not for you. On the other hand, if you want peace, no light pollution plenty of space away from the modern world in a rustic setting then this is it. You will need a car but there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and good restaurants nearby. The perfect place to de-tox and de-stress.
