Limpieza, ubicacion, aparcamiento. Recien arreglado.
Olor en el portal en el piso de abajo, olia a mezcla de tabaco/gato. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba, ya arreglaran, tampoco preocupo porque hizo bueno y por la noche corria el aire. Y recien pintado, genial ! Pero el olor a pintura todavia era fuerte.

La limpieza estaba todo muy limpio, las camas cómodas
Que están los muebles un pelín viejos de la cocina pero funcionales, uno de los fogones no funcionaba donde se coloca la regadera de la ducha está a punto de caerse por lo demás todo muy bien
