Villa La Perla

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Perla in Tenerife. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, yet still close to the beautiful town of Candelaria with its seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking very easy. The owner, Carolyn, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and communication with her was excellent throughout our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. If anything, a bit more variety in nearby restaurants within walking distance could be appreciated, but shops are easily accessible.

everything was prefect from start to finish. The hosts were so helping about places to visit ,fabulous local restaurants,.Would highly recommend. 5 stars.

Having to leave

The welcome from Carolyn & Cristian the hosts is exceptional. All of their recommendations for restaurants, beaches and the hidden gems of the island were spot on. The apartment is very spacious for four people, including the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fabulous and the living space and balcony too, with a jaw-dropping view of the ocean and sunrises in the morning. The pool area and roof-top terrace are great features, although we preferred to head down to the sea. All round highly recommended. We stayed for two weeks and were very sorry to leave!

A washing machine would be a welcome addition to apartment. There is a launderette nearby, but if you only have 2 weeks (or less) you don’t really want to lose one or two mornings queuing for washing machine. My only grumble.

The place looks exactly like in the photos and the hosts are a wonderful couple, happy to help, have great suggestions. If you book our room, the view is stunning - sunrise inclusive! We are so happy to have booked here instead of one of the many hotels (in hotel towns). Candelaria is also a surprisingly nice little town.
