La casa es muy luminosa, está bien equipada y está situada en el centro de Candelaria. La terraza es muy agradable y amplia con buenas vistas al mar. La coordinación con los dueños fue muy sencilla y práctica . El tener parking en el edificio también es un punto a favor porque en la zona es complicado aparcar.
El edificio no tiene ascensor y cuando subes cargado se hace un poco incómodo. Pero la verdad es que no nos supuso ningún problema.

Очень понравилась квартира, шикарный балкон и вид, есть все необходимое. В квартире очень чисто, были снеки для детей, хорошие полотенца, классная квартира.
Очень сложный доступ в квартиру. Ключи оставили только от входа на территорию и в подъезд. В саму квартиру невозможно войти, нужно приложение, на айфоне оно не сработало, если бы не телефон мужа, ночевали бы в подъезде. По требованию оставили все ключи в квартире, но проблема в том, что выйти с территории без ключей тоже сложно. Место на парковке не отмечено, по снимках не сразу понятно где парковаться, можно было подписать или как то маркировать место.

El piso tiene de todo, es grande y moderno. El balcón tiene vistas espectaculares. La cocina tiene de todo. Hay parking, que es MUY importante dado que es imposible aparcar en la calle. Buenas comunicaciones con el resto de la isla. Muy contentos.
La única pega es que hay bastante ruido de tráfico de la calle, pero es normal siendo piso en el centro del pueblo.

Die Wohnung schaut mit breiter Front auf den kleinen Fischerhafen. Das lädt so richtig zum Ausspannen ein. Der saubere Pool ist etwas von Häuserfronten eingebaut und lädt nicht so sehr ein. Wegen der Straße vor der Tür schläft man besser bei geschlossenem Fenster.
