It was the perfect location for our group.
The couches were not the most comfortable to sit on. Our group consisted of all senior citizens. When sitting on the couch one tended to sink in and had a hard time getting out. There also could have been some folding chairs on the property to seat a few more people around the table. Parking was also a bit of a challenge, especially when the adjoining property had a huge truck and trailer partially blocking the alley.
