Very clean home, great fenced in yard, safe neighborhood, well supplied and the host is off-site but easy to communucate with.

We stayed only 1 night, but the house more than fit our needs to accommodate our family of 7 prior to the Drake relays. Everything in the house was as expected. Check in & out was very easy with easy access to the Des Moines area & interstate.

Worked out great for 5 adults in Iowa for the Nascar race. Always nice to have a place to relax and regroup after a long race.
