Amazing studio in a new building, quiet and comfortable. The host was the best I've ever had contact with, she was always helpful and caring! Extremely comfortable beds, beautiful modern furniture, AC made the stay in a hot weather very pleasant. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Spacious bathroom with a washing machine, towels and basic cosmetics provided. Ideal place for one person or a couple.

Foarte frumoasă locația, blocul nou, liniște, iar studio-ul a fost perfect pentru 2 persoane. Deși pare mic, a avut tot ce ai avea nevoie. La capitolul curățenie a fost ok, prosoape și lenjerie curate, chiar și mașină de spălat pentru cine ar avea nevoie. Timeea, gazda noastră, foarte amabilă și s-a asigurat mereu că avem toate datele de care avem nevoie, cât și să ne simțim bine. Cam departe de punctele de atracție principale dar așa am ales. Ca și idee, de mers cu mașina undeva la maxim 10min până la Palatul Parlamentului (bolt a costat cam 3000HUF maxim). Este un studio unde sigur vom reveni cu drag. Recomand!

Stan je jako lepo opremljen, nov i lepo sredjen. Identican je kao na slikama. Ima sve potrebne aparate, pa nema sta da zafali tokom boravka. Ulazak je jednostavan. Vrlo lako se ukuca sifra na ulaznim vratima i posle uzme kljuc iz kutije pored vrata stana. Kompleks u kome se nalazi stan izlazi na dve ulice, stan je u jednoj, a garaza u paralelnoj. Preporucujem ulazak u zgradu u kojoj je stan prvo, jer se odatle lako dolazi do druge zgrade preko unutrasnjeg dvorista. Treba da se sidje u podrum druge zgrade, koji je garaza, i tu iznutra otvore vrata, pritiskom na veliko dugme pored njih, kako bi se kolima uslo iz druge ulice. Iako je lokacija blizu centra, u pitanju je veoma miran kraj. Peske do Parlamenta je potrebno oko pola sata. Ima nekoliko pekara u blizini, kao i mala prodavnica i par kafica. Puna preporuka za svakog ko kolima dolazi u Budimpestu.

The communication with the owner is very good, you get instructions for everything you need. Apartment is in a nice area, a few minutes from Heroes' Square, half an hour from the city center. Close to a 24/7 convenience store so that's a plus also. All in all, a great stay.
