Lokalita bola super, 2 min. do Lidla, 3 min. k stanici metra, 5 min. do Sparu.. Byt bol veľký, priestranný, v kúpeľni bola veľká rohová vaňa, k dispozícii bol aj fén, práčka, gél na pranie, sušiak na bielizeň, žehlička, žehliaca doska, rúra,pekny jedálenský kút,..
Najviac mi prekážala špina.. Pavučiny, na oknách pleseň, mastné fľaky na chladničke, prach v kúpeľni.. Nedostatky na podlahe a na nábytku boli zakryté koberčekmi, obrusmi.. Spustenie telky bolo tiež problematické, prepínanie nefungovalo dobre ani po výmene bateriek.. Veľmi labilná bola aj WC doska a garniže.. Je potrebné do bytu investovať a viac udržiavať poriadok..
