Very nice place, good equipped with hair dryer, wash machine and dryer too. Good communication with the staff and they allowed us an early check in. They also rented us a motorbike and booked transfer back to Hanoi.

We stayed on the third floor in a very small but functional room. While the accommodation is quite basic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was greatly appreciated. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer on the terrace, which was convenient during our trip. The location was acceptable, although not our favorite during our travels. One thing to note is that there is very little interaction with the hosts or staff. Check-in was done using a code, and communication was mainly through text messages. While our questions were answered, there was no real personal interaction or local guidance. That being said, considering the price, it offers very good value for money. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place to stay and do not need many services or personal attention, Pamela Homestay is a reasonable choice.

Great location, close to everything we wanted. It is good value for the price. Nice hot shower, great communicative from the host.

The property is quite dated and needs a bit of love but it served its purpose perfectly for the price.
