Overall, a very nice and clean apartment.

A modern, newly renovated house, very clean. Our apartment was small but sufficient for 2-3 nights. It is a bit difficult to get there and leave, but it is explained quite well and the traffic lights help. It is a pity that the house is located close to a busy road. However, once you cross it, there is a beautiful bike and walking path along the river. So it's fine for a short stay. The owners are very friendly. I wish them all the best.

We were a little confused by the instructions for cleaning the apartment and what we had to do to avoid paying an additional fee of €50 for non-compliance. I understand the concern about new equipment, but I think it's excessive and difficult to prove unless you take a photo before you leave.

Beautiful nest just outside Arco’s centre

The apartment was just located outside of Arco’s city centre (about 5 minutes by bike on the riverside cycle lane). It was super comfortable, tidy and very welcoming. Elizabeth has been available on giving us informations about restaurants nearby and Arco’s events. Has been a very pleasant experience! Would definitely coming back here in the future!!

Very new apartments. Recommend.

We liked how clean and new and well equipped it was. Greetings to owners, they know what they are doing. There was everything what you might need for a short or longer stay. The view to the mountains was outstanding. The kitchen and all furniture were brand new. The parking was ok.

Maybe it is not an issue when it is colder, but having no air conditioner was the main downside. During our visit it was +30 outside, and it was very hot inside, despite the floor were constructed to cool the property in the summer, but not enough to cool down the room. So sleeping with open windows is very hard due to the noise from the street. Apart from that we highly recommend the place and during colder days this will be a gem during your travel around Garda or staying for a longer time.

L'ambiente ben riscaldato e molto accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Facile da raggiungere il centro di Arco.

Un po' scomoda la via di accesso, ma dopo la prima volta ho subito preso confidenza e non ho avuto più problemi

Hübsch, aber leider laut.

Sehr moderne, neue und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out.

Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße - keine Chance mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Vor uns dürften Mieter mit Hund im Appartement gewohnt haben, die Couch war leider voll mit Hundehaaren.

Sehr herzlich, sehr nah an Arco

Elisabeth ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sie hat mich herzlich empfangen und ich konnte schon am frühen Morgen bei meiner Ankunft in Arco einchecken. Der Check-In sehr unkompliziert, es gibt einen eigenen Platz fürs Fahrrad im Keller. Das Apartment ist ziemlich neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten in Arco! :)

Das Haus liegt an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße nach Arco, dem muss man sich bewusst sein. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man den Verkehrslärm aber nicht. Und die 3 großen Wachhunde der Nachbarn nehmen ihren Job sehr ernst... 🙉😅

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.Auch unsere Fahrräder waren sicher untergebracht.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem.

Nowe apartamenty , Ładnie urządzona, na wyposażeniu pralka, z parkowaniem auta nie było problemu , pomieszczenie na rowery , Ładny widok z tarasu, Lokalizacja fajna ale jako miejsce wypadkowe .

Domek położony przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Bardzo duży ruch aut na ulicy od strony tarasu przez to całą noc było głośno , Brak klimatyzacji a w ogłoszenie było że niby jest ale niestety nie było dlatego trzeba było spać przy otwartych oknach, a wtedy uciążliwy hałas plus komary które wlatywały bo nie ma moskitier. Czyli głośno od ulicy plus brak klimatyzacji

Pobyt udany, jedyny minus to klimatyzacja która nie dawała rady.

Apartament bardzo czysty z pięknym widokiem na góry, fajna lokalizacja.

Klimatyzacja nie była wystarczająca, mimo tego że upałów nie było. Personel tłumaczył, że klimatyzacja chłodzi od podłogi (nie była to standardowa klimatyzacja jaką znam, bardziej wentylacja). Gdyby nie było wiatraków w pokoju byłoby ciężko wytrzymać.

Все було на вищому рівні, ми приїхали вночі, нам дали інструкцію, як потрапити в номер. Вид з вікна це щось неймовірне, особливо на ранок ми дуже зраділи красоті навколо! Чистота також ідеальна! Велике дякуємо працівниці Наталії!
