We were working at Moss Vale Showground and very convenient. Generous rooms to allow comfortable stay. Great kitchen and nice surroundings. Did not get the chance to utilise all facilities on offer. Plenty of parking. Quiet area.
The single beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was soft and when turning over, you felt like falling out of bed. Communication: Received the code by text, however, was not informed that the access into residence is coded panel. We spent some time finding key safe and then not needing keys for entering residence.

The property is well located although you need GPS to find the turnoff from the main road. The house itself is well fitted out, comfortable and the games room was a big plus for the younger members of the family. Everything that you could need is provided and the heating and cooling work well.
The gardens and outdoor areas in general were overgrown and unkempt which was a bit disappointing, in fact on arrival the place looked derelict! Thank goodness inside was great. Beds aren't really that comfortable, especially the single ones.
