Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and in a very nice setting. Also a large comfortable bed. Great location between Bowral and Moss Vale. Great value for money given the location and the quality of the room.
Bathroom could do with updating but it was still perfectly functional. There were also a couple of (minor) DIY things that needed doing in the room.

Beautiful gardens. Each room had a small outside seating area looking over the lake and garden. Rooms had separate seating dining area on lower level. Breakfast was excellent.
Shower in the bath. Though some people might think that was worth it to have the bath.

Nice location, pleasant outlook from back door, comfortable bed.
Bathroom needs a bit of a renovation. Shower in bath tub not ideal. Shower header not the best. Fridge did not work properly, needs defrosting. No smart TV so could not watch Netflix or other streaming apps without bringing own device
