Only the bright curtains in the sleeping room was the problem. I wanted to have dark curtains so it will enable me sleep well. But the lady tried to figure out something

Easy access to several amenities in the area

The place is ok
No drinking water provided, the shower was not working, had to use a bucket to bathe and boil water in a kettle, cleaning is very shallow and not regular.
