Impolite staff with unprofessional behavior. Probably outside the knowledge of the owner. On booking I called the number of their rep who was very polite and helpful.
He directed me to the receptionist there who was to recieve me since he wasn't there himself.
On reaching I had to stand for a while without being offered a seat( this is me a traveller who is very tired and needed some rest)
Still unable to find my booking on their system( I was still standing with my car running outside, waiting to hear from the receptionist on what to do). Finally finding my booking, the receptionist asked that I follow her without offering to help with my laugage. She then opened my room door and that was it. No tour of the room as to what is where and how to turn on what.
Fast forward to the next day, breakfast was late( served to me around 11am) of which they apologized for.
While preparing to leave, my water got cut off . (There wasn't any water flowing!!!!) . After about an hour when I reported it, a bucket of water was brought on me to use(inconvenient but a thoughtful gesture)
Now checking out. When leaving, there was no one at the reception to take my access card.(But the responsible person's devices as well and the laptop and other systems layed bare in the open) I proceeded to the parking lot to drop off my laugage. I then heard the receptionist (seated at the shop at the front of the apartment) audibly telling me to go place the access card on the front desk.( I found this very unprofessional and quite disrespectful as she had to come over for the card, or otherwise be seated always at the spot)
The location is a great place, I unfortunately had a terrible experience
