Portanova14 - Historic Center Apartment

Excellent accueil de Linda et Roberto. Très soucieux de notre bien-être et prêts à faciliter notre séjour. Appartement agréable et bien placé. Au calme.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique mais dans une rue au calme. Le métro, restaurants et supermarché sont à côté. Merci à Linda pour un super accueil et tous ses conseils pour que nôtre séjour à Naples soit génial ! A recommander sans hésiter.

Location is excellent and the apartment itself well equipped, clean and comfortable. Roberto was very accommodating and helpful. Quiet retreat from the lively, often chaotic atmosphere in the historic centre of Naples. Enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, although there are quite a lot of stairs up to the apartment!

When we were dropped off the Taxi didn't take us to the apartment so I had to ring Linda who was waiting for us and she came and collected us. Linda took us to the apartment and showed us round making sure we knew where everything was and to make sure we were happy. The apartment is in a fabulous location close to a metro, Conad Supermarket and tourist attractions. Once Inside the apartment which is on the 3rd floor it was immaculate, spacious, very modern with a kitchen which is equipped with everything you will need. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment and there is a little coffee machine, kettle etc. The bedroom is really big with patio doors to a little balcony, air conditioning unit. wardrobe,, 2 bedside cabinets and king-size bed. The bed and pillows were so comfy and it was so quiet inside which meant we had a brilliant night's sleep all 5 nights of our stay. There is a huge TV with Netflix but we didn't even use it as we were out all of the time exploring Naples. The shower which has a rain shower head and a hand held one was really hot and easy to use. Before and throughout our stay Roberto and Linda were in contact via WhatsApp even sending restaurant and places to visit recommendations. Linda also messaged us a couple of times to check everything was OK and we were having a lovely holiday. We are so glad we chose Via Portanova 14 apartment for our stay rather than a hotel as we had our own space and Roberto and Linda's apartment is just like Home from Home and they made us feel so welcomed. Don't hesitate.....get booking you will not be disappointed.

This is NOT a didn't like just what we thought. My only suggestion would be bigger Juice glasses so you can have a decent size drink and teacups as us British like our Tea and we felt the cups were too small. Maybe 4 juice glasses and 4 teacups so that you don't have to wash them up everytime after using.
