Appartement très agréable, très bien situé, propre et bien équipé, vraiment idéal pour visiter Naples. Merci Vincenzo pour l’accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Very clean and comfortable appartement and in a good location. Solid windows which help drown out any street noise. The facilities are generally very good with provision of a bottle of water on arrival and little things like kitchen paper, coffee, toilet rolls and a shopping bag which is considerate. Supermarket just down the road and little bakery opposite. The advertisement should be changed to reflect the fact that the sofa bed is not available as a bed.

That a late fee was applied to any check in after 3-8pm which is very early for Naples. It was also not transparent that a late fee applied until after the booking was complete. This should be shown upfront as it is quite high- 20 euro if you check in between 8-10pm and 30 euro afterward. There is a lockbox available inside so arrangements could be made for self check in as there were lockboxes outside the premises. Also, the proprietor shows up to collect the city tax (extra) and I was not given a receipt for the cash I paid. The advertisement clearly stated that there was a double bed and sofa bed which was a main reason I booked this. I had messaged in advance to ask for bedding. However, when I asked for bedding for the sofa bed after arrival I was told it was not to be used as a bed. If this is the case, it should not be advertised as such.

You are asking how was the stay? Stay in apartment was OK. Very nice apartment. Kind of like that view over from windows to yellow building. Apartment itself very nice as well. All you need for your stay. Considering location. Pretty quiet and walk distance to many places. Love that special coffee machine. Great there is elevator. Even small. But great help.

Apartment located in old outdated building. Sharing for info. Not as negative to apartment itself.
