Lage war sehr gut, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Küche gut ausgestattet, Aussicht vom Esszimmer schön, nettes Wohnzimmer sowie kombiniertes Esszimmer/Küche

Betten, Bad und Toilette sehr veraltet, Matrazen sehr weich, teilweise Schimmel in der Dusche, Treppe nach oben mit Teppich belegt (man fühlt sich unsicher darüber zu laufen)teilweise defekte Rollos
