Location, cleanliness and staff.
Air condition was not functional proper. There was no refrigerator in the room. Insect protection on the window. All are mandatory for a relaxing stay over.

The owner was very polite and kind. We arrived from a distant walking, he immediately let us check-in (earlier than the usual check-in time). The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Also the hallways were very nicely decorated, there were no fridges in the rooms (a small fridge would be nice) but to compensate it there was cold water distributor in the hallway.

Struttura accogliente e pulita, dentro la ZTL quindi a due passi dai punti d’interesse di San Gimignano. Staff super accogliente e disponibile, pro tip parcheggio e accesso al centro storico in auto.
