Nice flat on the outskirts of Savona

The property was big with two nice bedrooms, a huge living-room / kitchen place.

Only one bathroom for six and a tiny shower. Also not appropriate for young kids. Too far also from the centre for us with no car and small children but easy enough to take the bus.

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable due to the very hot weather. In general, the property looks better on the photos.

The location & beds & communication with the owner.

We stayed during a heatwave, and since there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, without mosquito nets, we ended up getting bitten during the night. The floors were also dusty and didn’t seem properly cleaned.

Wonderful flat with great views!

Tastefully decorated, very spacious and large, fine kitchen, easy parking, great views, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and a close 10 min walk to the beach.

The main issue was that there were large patches of black mould in the master bedroom and bathroom. A minor issue, given the heat in the summer, was the lack of hot water in the shower. Another minor annoyance was that all frying pans were worn out, heavily scratched and the teflon destroyed by overheating.

"NOT" Recommended!

Private parking. Nice views from windows. Spacious. Host was accessible and quick to answer.

Only bad review i have ever given! Mold on several ceilings. Master bed had a ridge in center of mattress. Wall switches without plates. Worn out vinyl floor tiling in areas. Exposed bathroom vanity light wires w/o light. Ceilings sloped and hit head twice, getting into bed. Taped shower glass. Very cold. Couldn't control heat. Host turned on remotely but too long to heat. Was in Italy for 10 days. Stayed in 7 B&B's was by far the worst and twice the price. Would "Not" recommend!

Appartamento ampio e ben organizzato, non manca nulla all'interno; Cucina e Salottino belli e comodi;

Il letto all'ingresso non è bellissimo, non ci dormirei mai. Dovrebbe essere curata di più la pulizia, non si può gestire la temperatura dei termosifoni, l'appartamento non risulta freddo ma neppure caldo. Arredamento delle stanze, da rivedere.

Apartament na poddaszu bez klimatyzacji- było bardzo gorąco. Ogólny stan obiektu wewnątrz oceniam na przeciętny, spodziewałem się lepszego stanu.

Super für spontanen Aufenthalt.

Nahe am Strand und der Autobahn, war aber kaum zu hören. Es war perfekt für uns als Familie! Super ausgestattet und sauber, empfehlen wir gerne weiter! Auch ein sehr guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber!

Fantastisk rekommenderas

Stor , fantastisk eftersom vi var 4 personer. Vi kunde laga mat -tvätta kläder. Eftersom vi åker bil från Sverige. Nära till affären,stranden, det finns en mall som ligger 8 min bort. Vi åkte till Frankrike för att äta lunch 🌟☀️🤩 Jag ska sluta använda Booking. Det är inte samma sak som tidigare!! Jag tar emot tips för andra alternativ.

Det är bra men jag kan säga nånting det är några fläckar på vägen som det går att fixa 🤩☀️🇮🇹

Hermosa propiedad lejos del centro de Savona

La vista, la cocina, el living y la iluminación es excelente! Fuimos en primavera y podías oler todas las flores del barrio.

La ubicación está bastante alejada del centro y no hay Uber, por lo que solo se puede movilizar por taxi.

logement spacieux en extérieur de Savone avec place de parking

logement spacieux comprenant 2 grandes chambres avec lit double et un lit double dans un coin de la pièce à vivre. cuisine américaine avec petites bouteilles d'eau mises à disposition dans le réfrigérateur. avec l'humidité de l'extérieur, il faisait un peu frais dans l'appartement, après demande faite auprès de l'hôte, il a enclenché le chauffage à distance immédiatement. Bon rapport qualité prix. communication avec l'hôte très bien. Place de parking en extérieur

L'appartement correspond à la description. Cependant les photos ont un meilleur rendu qu'en vrai. il serait bien de prévenir qu'il y a des marches pour accéder à l'appartement et qu'il ne faut pas être grand pour passer à certains endroits.
