A wonderful relaxing holiday week.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning. The location of the the house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking is easy right behind the property. Gabriele was extremely attentive and always responsive to any need.

The house is pretty very sound-permeable. It didn’t bother me us much though.

Great appartment, nice people and lovely area

The kitchen has literally everything one could need (different kind of coffee makers, waffle machine, sandwich maker etc) The apartment is very spacious and the rooms nice. The balcony and the AC were a dream. Since the place is on a steep hill it is advisable to have a car or scooter if you have unfit/disabled people travelling, but if you are able-bodied, the way is completely fine!

Superb

The apartment was great. Very well equipped, super clean and had a nice sea view. I think it's run by a real estate company, but the guy greeting us and giving us the keys was nice and on time.

Since we were travelling with a baby there was one huge negative: the building is located on a hill - you can walk up and down to the beach front, no problem, but it's all narrow streets without sidewalks and steep stairs, so it's really difficult and dangerous (cars are racing up and down) to walk with a stroller or even carrying the baby. The description said free parking, but it actually just means parking on the street or the lot of the other building (I think residents there are not too amused about that), if there is no space, you have to find sth, even down at the beach front.

The view is tremendous.

We enjoyed walking up and down the hill to the town and beach but some people may find it too steep and tiring. We were happy to have small rucksacks to carry our shopping in.

Peaceful apartment, lots of space and all the gadgets you'd have at home.

Location: the view was amazing, a short walk from the beachfront, restaurants, shops. Appliances: Everything was very easy to use, lots of gadgets in the kitchen (which we didn't use for our short stay, but had we been there with kids or friends, they would have certainly come in handy). Had we stayed longer, the compact washing machine would have been a blessing. The air can be very humid and warm so having an aircon made things a lot more comfortable. Pets: The neighbours were very pet-friendly. Going out: go down the hill and get yourself some focaccia for breakfast. The little shops make some delicious stuff. Atmosphere: the residential area is usually very quiet, just inviting you for a nap.

Location: You don't see it very well on the map, but the apartment is somewhat far up a steep hill. The walk home sure helped to digest the great things we had for dinner, but it's maybe something to think twice about for someone with health problems. It was worth it for the view! Noise: there are lots of dogs nearby. When one starts barking, others usually join in. Pet beach: The dog beach nearby charges a LOT for the day, which isn't written out anywhere at the entrance or on their webpage. This is obviously not the apartment's fault, but visitors with pets, be aware.
