Jde o levné ubytování, které si na nic nehraje, ale vše funguje, místnosti jsou dostatečně prostorné a čisté a vybavení funkční. Přístupové kódy byly zaslány v předstihu a opět vše (dveře i Wi-Fi) fungovalo podle instrukcí. Parkovací místo se vždy našlo přímo pod oknem, městský autobus zastavuje na konci bloku.
Dům je u poměrně rušné ulice, navíc blízko jednak hasičské zbrojnice a jednak policejní služebny, tedy o houkající auta není nouze. Nicméně jednotvárný šum klimatizační jednotky leccos překryje.
