The host was very nice and the property was comfortable. My only gripe is that is was pretty warm when we got in, but after the AC was running for a couple of hours it got better.

While the community bath was an experience, ( It is a guest house after all) The rest was great. The rooms were as advertised, clean and comfortable. If you need an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in Newark or a place to crash for your red-eye this is an excellent choice.

They have kitchen
But theres bugs flying
No trash cans/toilet seat too loose
Cant complain all amenities stated before booking didnt happened and only 1 bottle of water was given
