We've stayed at this place every time we're in Saigon. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful in every way. We've also gotten to know the owner and he's also very nice. The location can't be beat. Minutes from Ben Thanh market, the subway (if you need it), and walkable to all tourist attractions in district 1. The rooms are always clean, AC and wifi always work.

The location
The apartment was not clean, found hairs rolling, the beds were very hard. The washing machine is there, but there’s no where to dry the clothes. The reception don’t speak in English
