Breathtaking views on a beautiful property with great service

The location is stunning and the property is breathtaking. We loved everything the views and the service and staff were fabulous. Everything was great about our stay.

The rooms are a little too small, however the beds are very comfortable and the amenities are great. We just wish the room size are more in line with other Rosewood properties.

Beautiful location by the lake. Property is renovated with new furniture, so feels modern and fresh. Welcoming staff at the restaurant. Good food. Room was well furnished but low celings and really small bathroom (tiny) was a bit disappointing for such a room category/price. Fischerei next to the hotel sells amazing smoked fish.

We had an experience booked. Due to unstable weather conditions we were suggested to wait for a 5AM morning call confirming it or cancelling. I woke up at 5AM, but no one called ever. It was my birthday. No note, letter, email, call with information, regrets or congratulations from any memeber of the staff.Moreover at the day of my birthday we were leaving for breakfast at 9:30 and at 9:28 housekeeping lady knocked and we greeted her saying that we will be out in two minutes. We left the room till 15:00. When we came back - room was not cleaned and there was housekeeping cart. When we said that we would like to stay in the room for a break before lunch - she said that she is leaving her shift in 30 minutes, so if we do not leave - she will not clean the room. So we left. No candy, chocolate, fruit, note in the room mentioning by birthday (lake view suite 1400 euro/night). When we were checking out - receptionist was very absent and did not ask about our stay, did not thank us for coming, was very cold, isolated and put 1300 euro cancelled experience in the bill. I informed her that strange thing happened and i got a link form the Schloss restaurant to pay for a reservation. I processed it automatically (138 euros) and only after paying realized we had no reservation at that restaurant for indicated date. At the check out I informed the receptionist about it asking if we can find out what was it and how we can resolve it - she did not express any willingness to resolve and even look at it and asked me to write an email about it. No one ever replied by now (6 days past). That was the most terrible birthday experience in my life. I paid in total almost 5 000 euros for 2 days and was disappointed to large extent. By the way parking fee is 35 euros/day (it's not city) and no one informed us about it. Never will be back. It could be nice place to go taking into consideration we live in Vienna.

– Paradiesische Lage – stimmiges Interior-Design

– mangelnde Sauberkeit & Aufmerksamkeit des House-Keepings sowohl auf den Zimmern als auch den allgemeine Bereichen (insbesondere des See-Clubs) betreffend – der allgemeine Service wurde dem Preisniveau nicht immer gerecht (mangelnde Professionalität, keine Deutsch-Kenntnisse, unzureichendes Qualitätsbewusstsein) – seltsame, modrige Gerüche auf den Hotelgängen – teilweise eklatante Abnützungserscheinungen, obwohl das Hotel in dieser Form erst seit 13 Monaten offen hat

كانت التجربة متفاوتة من حيث التفاصيل. الغرفة التي حصلنا عليها كانت صغيرة نسبيًا، والإطلالة الجانبية على البحيرة لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. للإنصاف، معظم طاقم العمل كان مهذبًا ولبقًا، ولكننا للأسف لم نشعر بالترحيب من موظفة الاستقبال التي بدت متململة في تواصلها معنا، وأظهرت بعض الضيق عندما طلبنا تغيير الغرفة. من ناحية أخرى، يتمتع الفندق بأجواء هادئة توفّر الاسترخاء، ونخص بالشكر موظف الكونسيرج الذي كان متعاونًا إلى أقصى حد، وساعدنا في تنظيم يوم جميل في القرى المجاورة. وجبة الإفطار كانت جيدة ومتنوعة، لكننا لم نجد خيارات تناسبنا للعشاء رغم توفر عدد من المطاعم داخل المنتجع.

Wunderschön gelegen direkt am Fuschlsee – die Aussicht und das stilvolle Design sind einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind großartig, selten habe ich mich in einem Hotelzimmer so wohlgefühlt. Sehr sehr gutes Essen und eine schöne gastronomische Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kleine Ungereimtheiten wurden sofort behoben. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

We dream of returning one day!

Public spaces were so inviting. Service at the restaurant was friendly and impeccable. Schloss Fuschl is designed to pamper guests. Views of the lake through dining room windows were amazing. Lounging in the sunshine down by the lake transported us to a peaceful Eden that we didn’t want to leave. And our bountiful and delicious meals were of the highest quality. All six of us felt very blessed to stay at Schloss Fuschl!

Honestly, almost everything about our stay was exceptional! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, and the VIEW was simply breathtaking! Our rooms were not only spotless but also beautifully decorated, showcasing a keen attention to detail that truly impressed us. One standout feature was the delightful bedtime service. Each evening, the staff would refresh our beds, dim the lights, and place cozy slippers next to the bed. They even left a bottle of water on the nightstand and a charming bedtime story on the bed, creating a perfect end to our day. We really enjoyed this thoughtful touch! Overall, an easy 10/10 ⭐️

Ein tolles Erlebnis, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel besticht durch seine tolle Lage und den perfekten Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist exklusiv und hochwertig, und die Minibar bietet eine Auswahl an kostenlosen alkoholfreien Getränken. Das Frühstückskonzept ist etwas ungewöhnlich: Anstelle eines klassischen Buffets gibt es eine Frühstückskarte, von der man à la carte bestellen kann. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist dennoch ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Eiergerichte, insbesondere die pochierten Eier, die hervorragend zubereitet sind. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Buffetbereich mit Kleingebäck, Käse, Joghurt und Säften zur Selbstbedienung. Der Service im Hotel ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und professionell – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant beim Abendessen und Frühstück. Leider kann man das nicht vom Personal im Sisi Teesalon behaupten.

Unser Besuch im Sisi Teesalon war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Wir waren an einem Sonntagnachmittag dort, um Kaffee und Mehlspeisen zu genießen. Das Lokal war gut besucht, doch die Servicequalität ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Schon nach kurzer Zeit mussten wir feststellen, dass das Personal sowohl ignorant als auch unorganisiert war. Die Gäste am Nebentisch hatten nach langer Wartezeit die Geduld verloren und forderten lautstark die Geschäftsführung. Von ihnen erfuhren wir, dass sie bereits am Vortag eine ähnlich schlechte Erfahrung gemacht hatten. Auch unser Serviceerlebnis war mangelhaft. Nach einer langen Wartezeit wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die bestellten Mehlspeisen nicht mehr verfügbar seien. Dann wurde uns eine einsame Tasse Kaffee serviert – ohne Löffel, ohne Serviette, ohne das in Wien übliche Glas Wasser. Dies wirkte mehr wie eine Selbstbedienungskantine als ein stilvoller Teesalon. Auf unseren Löffel mussten wir erneut lange warten. Die anderen Gäste schienen ebenso irritiert und enttäuscht zu sein. Insgesamt war unser Besuch alles andere als angenehm, und wir können den Sisi Teesalon leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Haus. Großartige Lage.

Die Reinlichkeit des Zimmerservices hat nicht ganz der gehobenen Klasse entsprochen (Speisereste am Boden vom vorhergehenden Gast). Das Service im Restaurant ist noch ein wenig unorganisiert, aber es wurden seitens der Restaurantleitungen sichtlich Bemühungen unternommen, dies zu verbessern.
