The location is a lovely Austrian town. Easy check in. Extremely clean. Very comfortable. Fully controllable heating which is rare sometimes in hotels. Full of Austrian charm and character. The Lady of the house was so welcoming and lovely throughout our entire stay. She takes great care of the breakfast room and the product is high quality and very tasty. We recommend and would return for another stay without any hesitation.
