Welcome to this charming industrial duplex lofton the ground floor outside Mariano Cubi Street, near the Barraquer Clinic! With approximately 45 m², this apartment has a clean and modern designthat makes it comfortable for any visitor. The large windows allow sunlight to enter the apartment, creating a light and airy space.
In addition, its location close to Avenida Diagonal guarantees excellent connections with public transport. It is important to note that the apartment is located between the ground and first floors with stairs without access to the elevator.

-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 **** **** **** 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too).
-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.
-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
