You are also just a few minutes' walk from some of Barcelona's most famous landmarks, such as Park Güell and Casa Batlló, and surrounded by local cafés, shops, and restaurants.

Optional parking: If you are traveling by car, there is a parking space available in the building for an additional 200€/month for long-term rentals, or 30€/day for short-term rentals.
Travel crib (upon request): Price: 20€/day.
Important information:
Payment: 30% of the total must be paid via a link provided by the property manager. The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer at least 3 days before check-in or in cash upon check-in.
Security deposit: A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in (either at the office or via payment link). The deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out.
Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Outside this time, a 50 EUR late check-in fee will be applied in cash.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona will be charged.
House rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events are allowed. A 400 EUR fine will be imposed in case of violations.

It is almost perfect. The location, the layout, the checkin/out, the response time, the "simpatico" assistance of staff when you go and get your keys made me already miss my stay. The "almost" is due to the inability to take long showers, notwithstanding the wonderful shower heads, because of the architectural difficulty. But once one gets used to this, it is perfect. Suggestion: let the guest have one box of Nespressos upon arrival. It would be nice.

The terrace is huge and sunny, generally quiet. however, it is not very private. The "bedroom" is separated from the "living room" by a huge movable wooden plank that can be slid inwards to "create" a room, or outwards to open up (and allow watching TV). interesting solution. The photos on line were the same as the flat, everything was quite new and clean. However. the bathroom is not big, but usable. We stayed two and a half months very comfortable. Highly recommended for the usability of the flat. The location was exceptional!

El apartamento es muy moderno y la terraza es espectacular. La zona está muy cerca de Diagonal, que da muy fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad. La comunicación muy fluida, muy buena estadía
