Rooms Nuevo Paris

I booked a single room with "private bathroom" which was not real. When I got to the place I was given a super tiny room not like the ones in the pictures and a shared bathroom. I asked the manager about this and simply started yelling at me in a very rude way admitting that they had to upload pictures from internet but not the actual legit rooms. Besides that, I was asked for money in cash for what they called "late check in" which was not published in any part of the post. I asked for a complaint form (required by law in Spain) to file and present it to the tourism authorities and the manager never gave it to me. Next day in the morning another person knocked my door shouting "hey I want to talk to you open!" I was told that they needed more money which I didn't tell because there was nothing written. Qgen I showed that there was no information about the "late check in" fee and that if I paid i would like a receipt the manager simply stopped asking for it. When I left the room pretty early, I left everything clean and picked up in my room, the property manager simply didn't even answer or had the courtesy of saying everything is OK have a good trip. These people are eastern Europeans from a possible mafia that controls visitors. Agoda should take this post out of the listings
