Our roomy newly renovated 1930's duplex is located less than two blocks from the Wildwood Crest beach and Boardwalk and comfortably hosts 10 guests in the 2nd floor private unit. Enjoy a spacious backyard, grill, beach gear, and bikes. Two off-street parking spots adds ease. Your perfect seaside retreat is just a click away! The amenities include central air, ceiling fans throughout, fast wifi, front and back porches and balconies with seating, backyard with gas grill, chimnea, and a shed that contains bikes, beach equipment, chairs and loungers. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and foot wash that has both hot and cold water. UNIT TWO is the larger, two story unit with a private entrance and plenty of space for larger families! This unit sleeps 10 comfortably, and has its own kitchen, living room and dining room, with bar and table seating for 10. The large living room has a gas fireplace and a 60" Smart TV, where you can stream your favorite sports game. Or spend some time on the covered front porch with ceiling fans, where you have a great view of the ocean and can feel the saltwater breezes! There are also two nice-sized bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub that complete the second floor. The stairway leading to the third floor opens up a whole new array of possibilities! The expansive third floor has sleeping for an additional 6 persons, and has a separate living space with a bar with seating, a mini refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and an ice machine. There is plenty of room to watch movies on the Smart TV, play one of the games that are kept in the built-in drawers, or just enjoy sharing conversations and making memories!
The premises are not available to "groups" or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Primary guests must sign a lease agreement & provide a copy of a government-issued ID. Linens & towels are not provided; you must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit. This 2nd-floor unit has everything you need to make your family vacation memorable and hassle-free.
