There is access to the rear yard with patio and gas grille. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet and private deck. The Attached back has dual sinks and a large walk-in tile shower. Going to the rear of the property you will find a Laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. A hall bathroom with shower and tub to service the other two bedrooms. The second suite is to the rear of the property and has another nice tile shower. Both suites have king size beds. The other two rooms have queen beds. There are TV's in both Suites and the living area. Wi-Fi is also included.

Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
