About this house rental
Le clos de l'artichaut *** is an air-conditioned cocoon of 70m2, quiet, elegant and comfortable in the heart of Eyguières en Provence, a typical Provençal village at the foot of the Alpilles.
Eyguières is at the crossroads of all visits. Close to Aix en Provence, Avignon, Marseille, Arles, Saint Rémy, Martigues, 20 minutes from the beach.

The accommodation
The enclosure has a beautiful bright living room and a modern and open equipped kitchen. Under the stairs a toilet access. Upstairs there is the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with Queen size beds. The safari room and the samurai room, two rooms two atmospheres!
The garden is enclosed and there are artichokes. A dining area under a small covered terrace is set up .
Your private parking is in front of your entrance.
Dogs are not allowed except for well-behaved little ones on request.
This little companion will not climb on the beds or on the sofa/armchairs .PGJyPgPGJyPg
Passenger access
The manager is waiting for you to hand over the keys. Late arrivals are accepted, luggage storage accepted.
Other remarks
The unheated swimming pool is shared with the owner 100 meters from the enclosure.
House rules are to be observed.
Reservations can be made with the manager for half a day
From June to September from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Additional Rules
The tenant agrees to allow the manager access to the property in case of necessity or emergency.
The tenant must be of legal age and have taken out civil insurance protecting our rented accommodation.
A double deposit can be requested
of 400 euros for damage protection
and 50 euros for indoor and outdoor cleanliness,
returnable.
The costs included in your rental contract correspond to the household linen service (sheets, towels, dish towels). The end-of-stay cleaning remains to be carried out by you with the equipment at your disposal.
Fees will be charged to the tenant for any damage to the property and for any dirt or disorder requiring additional cleaning hours.
A police card will be issued for foreign travellers.
Any person invited by the tenant and supplementing the contract must be the subject of a request for authorisation from the manager and, if necessary, regularisation The accommodation can accommodate 4 people. Parties are prohibited.
The key cannot be reproduced in order to guarantee the safety of the gîte and its occupants. In the event of loss, the high-security lock of the gîte will be replaced identically and rebilled to the tenant.
It is forbidden to charge your electric vehicle from the accommodation
