The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
This magnificent air-conditioned villa of 140 m2 has:
GROUND FLOOR
A modern and spacious fitted kitchen with granite worktop, a large living room of 60 m2, a bedroom with 140 cm bed with dressing room and toilet.
UPSTAIRS
3 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet- 1 bedroom with mezzanine bed of 140 x190 with sofa bed and a desk.
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed with cupboard and desk.
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 with cupboard and desk.
EXTERIOR
- Land of 400 m2
- A fenced 6x3 swimming pool to refresh your days (practicable from May to September)
- Outdoor toilet and shower but only cold water.
- Sunbeds and garden furniture are at your disposal around the pool.
- Large terrace with table for 8 people

- 3 parking spaces on the grounds

Bed linen price: 15 euros per bed

Subject to prior agreement, you can come with your pet.
As soon as you arrive from 4 p.m., you will be received by Céline.
