A unique and cozy apartment in an amazing location

This apartment was very unique and was a great stay for us. The host is very proactive and accommodating, he reached out in advance and communicated with us during the stay. The beds and furnishings are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the appliances are modern and high end. Showers and bathrooms are all great. The rock walls feel historical and we loved the ambience of the apartment. The location of the apartment is very central to the city and the region. We used it as a home base to explore the Provence area and everything was no more than an hour drive away (we visited Aix-en-Provence, Gordes, Roussillon, Luberon, and some other places). The church next door rings its bells a few times a day, we really liked the added asymptote. The apartment is 3 floors up and down sets of stairs. It didn't bother us but might be a challenge for some (I mention it here because we liked the layout and didn't consider it to be a negative feature).

I didn’t like the see-through front door which made it uncomfortable being in the kitchen/dining room as passers-by can see straight in.

We loved staying here in such an interesting property!

The location was super for all the places in Provence we wanted to visit. The house itself is SO interesting and historic! It was easy to cook the basic meals that we ate, and getting provisions was easy from the several nearby supermarkets.

It was a wonderful location with a lot of character

The pillows on the bed were too large and not comfortable to sleep on. It would have been nice to have an extra The steps were a little treacherous, fine for us but not great for little kids or the elderly. Getting the front door to open and close was very difficult, the lock was very finicky. Also having to lock the door when you are inside seems like a fire hazard since it is not quick to open.

Perfect for us

very convenient location in the village center. Several restaurants, bakeries and trash cans nearby. The private parking provided was not far, though we used nearby free spots at night mostly.

It's an old city house with a lot of stairs, so you need to be ready in case of any disability, A hand rail would be a plus. The house has a lot of charm though and we did not suffer from the stairs (my near 80 parents and 3 y old daughter dealt with it just fine).

A great place to stay. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Nice interior design. A good base for visiting the nearby Provencal villages. Patrice, the host, very helpful and approachable. Definitely recomendable.

A beautifully decorated villa in a rustic style, but with all modern needs! In the very center of town (50m), very quiet! Large spacious rooms and two tidy toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances! I was there in the winter, on business, but I would recommend it for families. The owner is available online for any problem or help. Very friendly.

L’endroit est superbe, propre, chaleureux. L’endroit a beaucoup de cachet. Au centre du village et proche de toute commodités. L’hôte est facilement joignable et attentif à nos besoins. Mis à disposition, du café, du thé .

J’ai tout aimé mais tout proche du clocher. Pas besoin de réveil pour ma part 😁.

Ravissante maison de village, très bien restaurée et très bien équipée et aménagée. Hôte accueillant, courtois et très disponible. Excellente communication.

Rue très passante, entraînant un peu de bruit aux heures de pointe. Escaliers assez raides menant aux chambres situées aux 1er et 2ème étages : prudence pour les personnes âgées et les jeunes enfants.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir schon Kontakt mit Patrice für die Absprache der Schlüsselübergabe. Alles hatte perfekt geklappt. Das Haus ist auf mehreren Etagen und top ausgestattet. An viele kleine Details wurde gedacht. Besonders hervorragend war die tolle Bettwäsche, in der wir herrlich schlafen konnten. Ein toller Ort für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen.
