Shops and restaurant immediately adjacent. Lift conveniently situated. Spotlessly clean.

No internet throughout stay despite informing owner on arrival. No toaster. No dishwasher.

יחידת דיור יפה שנמצאת בבניין דירות (שניראה לי ששופץ ממש לאחרונה). היחידה גדולה וכוללת מיטה, מטבח מאובזר, מקלחת ושירותים. ללא ארוחת בוקר. עשרים דקות משדה התעופה של מרסיי. אנחנו מצאנו חנייה מהר אבל יכול להיווצר מצב שהחניות הקרובות תהיינה תפוסות ואז יש לנסוע לחנייה קצת מרוחקת. לא נורא.

Petit bémol car il peut être un peu compliqué de se garer Il n’y avait pas de linge de lit pour le canapé lit et malheureusement malgré la bonne réactivité de la personne pour en apporter, ils n’étaient pas à la bonne taille…

Tutto perfetto

L’appartamento è in fondo a via Victor Hugo e le finestre sulla piazza del paese dove si trovano boulangerie, bistro e altri negozi. È in un bel palazzo con le persiane verdi, ben tenuto, curato, con ascensore. C’è un codice alla porta di ingresso per aprire il portone e alla porta dell’appartamento una cassetta con codice per ritirare la chiave. Facile parcheggiare vicino, sicuro e tranquillo. Quando siamo arrivati i bambini giocavano liberi in piazza, bello! Il paese è molto carino, tipico con le case con le persiane colorate e scorci sul mare e le colline. All’interno l’appartamento ha un ambiente unico e molto luminoso, è insonorizzato e silenzioso. Piccolo ma ben organizzato. Ha un angolo cucina, tavolo con 4 sgabelli, divano letto e letto matrimoniale (entrambi comodi, bella biancheria bianca e profumata, cuscini grandi). Le tende e le persiane fanno buio per non essere svegliati al mattino. Tv con Netflix e wi-fi. Il bagno molto ampio (senza finestra), con asciugacapelli, asciugamani di ottima spugna, carta igienica e sapone. In cucina tutto il necessario: bollitore, forno, due fornelli ad induzione, microonde, piccolo frigo e lavatrice. Anche qualche capsula per il caffè, tea bag e spezie. Tutto nuovo e molto molto pulito. La posizione è strategica, vicino a Marsiglia, Arles, San Remy, Avignone, Aix-en-Provence. Avessimo avuto vacanze più lunghe!

Sarebbe utile una scopa e spugnette per pulire il bagno.

L’emplacement dans le vieux Velaux est très agréable, même si se garer est compliqué. Il y a tous ce qu’il faut comme commerce autour pour manger. Pas besoin de se déplacer.

Super nuitée à Velaux :)

Logement spacieux et propre, une belle vue sur la place du village. Salle de bain XXL (logement PMR), tout était bien et comme nos attentes selon les photos et description sur Booking.

Le stationnement n'est pas forcement tout à coté mais c'est un détail, la situation géographique dans le centre ancien explique cela.
