Cottage in a 1850 Bastide with infinity pool et counter current swimming system

We loved the apartment - very spacious for two of us. Dorothee is a fantastic host, very helpful if needed, extremely outgoing and friendly but leaves you in private to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could need and very comfortable for two. The spare room would suit small children - we used it for our luggage! The pool and its area are excellent to relax after a day's sightseeing and very clean. There is plenty of parking space too. The small town of Eyguieres has all you need - an InterMarche as well as two small convenience shops, plenty of bars and a couple of restaurants, bakeries, a market once a week and a post office! It also makes a great base for visiting Nimes, Avignon, Arles, The Camargue, Pont Du Gard, Marseille, Aix etc. The only small issue we had was that the WiFi did not work in the living area. It only reached to the bedroom and the terrace and was unstable at times. If you want to get away from modern life this could be seen as a positive but if you want to stream TV to the lounge it could be a frustration. Dorothee tried hard to re-boot the system and did what she could but it never quite reached the living room. All in all we loved our stay here and would happily come back and would definitely recommend it to others.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit super ausgestatteter Küche. Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieterin wohnt auf dem Gelände, hält sich prinzipiell zurück, ist aber sofort kompetent da wenn es nötig ist und für Fragen. Echtes Interesse daran, dass man den Aufenthalt genießt.

Dorothee was the most amazing host. Our flight was moved and she organised a pick up from us from Marseille and got us out of a lot of trouble. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in her lovely gite. The only downside for us was Eygalieres being very quiet with no places to eat,etc.We had to drive to Salon de Provence to get produce,dinner.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine magnifique. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Dorothée est très sympathique et son accueil très chaleureux. Je conseille vivement cet endroit de rêve. Philippe de Morteau.
