About this apartment rental
Welcome to your recently refurbished (Feb 2024) home away from home in the modernist Eixample neighbourhood where you can enjoy local tapas, buy fresh at the local market or grab a speciality coffee nearby. From here, you’re perfectly situated to explore beautiful Barcelona on foot, including the monumental Sagrada Familia, only a few blocks away or take a leisurely stoll to the centre of the city.
You´ll have access to the entire apartment & its amenities during your stay.
There are two cupboards, one in the master Bedroom and one in the second bedroom that are locked and not for guest use.
We want our apartment to be your home away from home, and we kindly ask you to treat it with the same care as if it were your own.
📢 Important: Mandatory Guest Registration with Mossos d’Esquadra
According to public safety regulations in Catalonia (Decree 159/2012 and other legal provisions), all tourist accommodations are required to collect and report guest information to the Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalan police).
This process is mandatory for all guests over the age of 14.

This registration is legally required for public safety reasons and complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
All data is securely transmitted to the SIP-HOTELS system of the Mossos d’Esquadra and will not be used for any other purpose.

Late check-in fees apply as follows:
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30
After 10:00 PM: €50
After midnight on December 25th, December 31st, January 1st, and public holidays: €80
💶 Tourist Tax
As required by local laws, a tourist tax applies to all stays in Barcelona.
This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately.
📆 Starting March 2025, the rate will be €8.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights) + a 10% handling fee.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.
This tax helps support sustainable tourism. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
👶 Babies
If you're traveling with little ones, we can provide a selection of baby items to make your stay easier.
These items come at an extra cost and can be requested after confirming your booking.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
Garbage is typically collected early in the morning or late at night, especially in warm climates.
Please dispose of your trash in the nearby recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon.
🔑 Keys
Lost/unreturned keys: €180
Lock change: €350
If keys are left inside and a new set must be delivered:
Between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: €30
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM: €50
📅 Long Stays
For stays of 28 days or more, a €250 management fee will apply.

Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/patio doors are properly locked when leaving the apartment.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your stay.
We recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance.

There are 2 Metro stations just a few blocks away:
Monumental L2 / Purple, Line takes you to Montjuic Park & Placa Catalunya
Verdaguer L4 Yellow Line, can take you to the beach in less than 20 minutes & the L5 Blue line helps you navigate the rest of the city.
The Tourist Bus or Hop on Hop off bus also stops nearby & is a fun & easy way to explore the wider city with stops at Camp Nou & Park Güell.
Local taxis (Black & yellow) can be hailed on the street when they have a green light lit.
We also recommend the ´Cabify´ App for door to door service.

Overall our group of 7 had a great experience at this VRBO. Great place for a family traveling together. The rooms are little on the smaller size, but clean and nice. Excellent location between popular attractions. Easily walkable and safe area.

4 BR unit was very clean! The air conditioning keeps the master bed and sitting area confortable. The three remaining bed rooms were uncomfortably warm. Manager is very responsive.
