Newly Renovated adding a 3rd BR and Bathroom.

This cozy condo is the perfect place for a family getaway.
You are within steps of the Peek N Peak Resort facilities where you can find activities for all season including the new Soaring Eagle ride, the Zip Line and Adventure ride, miniature golf, and a PGA championship golf course on the upper hill. The Peeks 27 perfectly groomed slopes and trails, night skiing, plus 10 miles of cross country and snowshoe terrain is a winter lover's Paradise. The Peek N Peak Resort has pools and workout room which are available with passes purchased at the resort. Restaurant, coffee shop, pub with weekend entertainment and much more are within walking distance. Minutes away from Findley Lake and 30 minute drive to Chautauqua Lake, Jamestown and Erie. 90 minutes from Peace Bridge (Canadian/ US border).
The condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom has King bed with full bath. The loft has a queen bed plus double futon. Second Bedroom, off the loft has 2 queen beds and 2 pc bathroom. Main living area has second full bath. Well equipped kitchen makes for easy meal prep.
Gas Fireplace to warm your toes after a day on the slopes.

My son is turning 16 in 2 months and he asked to celebrate with a few friends for his birthday this year. I am so glad we found this condo. It was perfect! The condo was very clean, the owners were extremely accommodating and the place was nicely furnished with everything we could possibly need! We can’t wait to come back again!

The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and can easily accommodate 8 adults. It was nice sitting by the fireplace and watching NFL playoff games. Very short walk to The Sugar Shack and main lodge. Take a short drive to French Creek Tavern for some outstanding wings and friendly service. The only negative, as others have mentioned, are the many step that lead up to the unit. Wearing regular shoes or boots, the steps are not bad, but with ski boots it can be a challenge, although our group navigated just fine. We also left our skis and poles at the bottom of the stairs unlocked overnight and didn't worry about them being stolen. Overall great location to just park your vehicle for the weekend, enjoy the resort without driving. I would recommend this rental to others.

Only thing I would say is we did not know we were on 3rd floor. one of our guests has asthma and had we known place was on 3rd floor we would have booked a different place. We managed but the 3 flights of stairs were rough for them.

Great ski getaway

Great ski getaway

Took my family, with three girls 7 and under, and my parents to ski for a few days. The property was conveniently located within walking distance (several hundred feet) to the ski lift, but after carrying the kids stuff the first day, we ended up driving to the main lodge the next day. The rental had plenty of room, games and was nice enough to prepare a few meals to enjoy with the family. Would recommend and rent again.

We love staying at this chalet. It is so comfortable and the owners take care of making it 'like home.' We stayed last year and this was our first weekend back this year. There were so many updates just in that time (new washer and dryer). We would not hesitate to stay again....Actually, we are! Next year is already booked!

Great Location to the Peek and Peak resort. Comfy beds and pillows with plenty of towels. They include an amazing spice selection and coffee. The only negative is the amount of steps, but once you are in, the condo is PERFECT. Do not hesitate to rent this place. It has it all.

Peak n peak is a great place to stay. Kids had a blast on the Ariel course and ziplining. Close to ripley. Great little town. Erie, Buffalo and Jamestown. Guys loved the golf course.

Clean and comfortable. Fairly short walk to and from ski lift. The 2 story walk-up was a bit of a burn on the legs after a good session on the slopes. With my group at 50+ years of age we struggled mightily with the TV remotes. Otherwise it was a great spot for a ski trip with my buddies.

We needed a a quick ski getaway and this condo was the perfect fit! Super close to the lodge and lifts, clean, enough space for our family of 5. Everything was so amazing! Communication with the owners was excellent as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place is wonderful. We have stayed at a few other condos, but went with this one bc of the bathroom upstairs. A bathroom on the 2nd floor makes the difference! It is very well stocked and matches the description exactly. It was nice to have your own heat control per room. We were never cold. Pots, pan, linens, towels, extra blankets. We were slightly confused about the loft and if it was a loft or a bedroom. The loft is open (like other units), but set up like a bedroom with a futon. We had no problem with it----just be aware that it is an open area and not closed off bedroom. Our teens made their nest there!

All amenities were as described. Place was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Approximately 42 steps to the Condo for those who may have issues with the climb. Also, upstairs bedroom A/C a bit loud, but cooled sufficiently.

everything was great except the 42 steps on the outside of the property.. in your picture you showed only 28. the 2 handicap adults struggled with the extra 14 steps. i would not have rented this property if the picture showed all the steps.

We rented this condo for a girl weekend & everything was perfect. Place was beautiful & the beds were super comfortable & quiet. We were disappointed the pool & hot tub weren't open due to still in phase 2 of Covid 19 ( no ones fault) Will highly recommend this condo & would love to go back!!
