Enjoy a fun family, friends or couples getaway at the Peek! This second floor condo is within walking distance to the Peek’n Peak resort - offering year-round fun!

During ski season, there are 27 groomed slopes with 8 lifts, operating 7 days a week (with day and night skiing). Tubing and cross-country skiing are also onsite, and the resort has direct access to the Chautauqua Lake Snowmobile System.

In the summers, enjoy the Upper Course - a regular tour stop for the PGA’s development league. The resort also has the Mountain Adventures - featuring zip lines, Segway tours, aerial adventure courses and chairlift rides.

Additionally, the resort offers a spa, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, sauna, steam room and putt-putt for a fee. And there are multiple restaurants onsite (including a Starbucks) for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Just a a few miles away, you can visit Findlay Lake, Chautauqua Lake, Presque Isle and Lake Erie, 2 casinos and the North East wineries.

The condo includes:
- main floor (queen bed) bedroom with ensuite bath, closet and cabinets/shelving for clothes
- gas fireplace

- 2 upstairs bedrooms - one with 1 queen bed (shelving cabinet and hooks for clothing) and the other with 2 queen beds (under-bed drawers and hooks for clothing)

- well stocked kitchen with Keurig & dishwasher
- linens are provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing/dishwasher detergent.

stayed here for annual ski vacation with family. Have gone to the Peak for years. Location of this place was great. Close to restaurant and ski lift. Condo neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Hosts communicate easlily.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful ski weekend get-away staying at an incredible place! There was plenty of room for the six of us to hang together or have our own downtime. So happy to check into a spotless condo after a long drive. The beds were extremely supportive and comfortable and we all slept well. The unit was well appointed and tidy.

Absolutely loved this condo and our trip! Our hosts were great with communicating - we tried the Pine Junction for dinner Friday night and the Dutch Village Saturday morning and we all loved our meals and appreciated the suggestions! The condo was very clean, comfortable, close to the resort where we needed to go Saturday for a family members wedding and had everything we needed. We would and will stay here again if and when we visit!

Wonderful place. Cute decor. Very clean. Good communication from owners. However, I really wish I had known this was NOT a first floor condo. Someone in my family has very bad knees and it was hard for her to go up the stairs that just entered the house. Also, the stairs in the image are the ONLY stairs inside. I wish I had known that. Very hard to get a spiral staircase with big suitcases. All in all, I would highly recommend unless these two things are an issue for your stay.

Overall, my family and I had a great time. However the fees for the amenities are not nominal. $15 a day per person during the week and $25 a day per person on the weekend. This will gain you access to the pool and “gym”. My family really did enjoy the place and would recommend.

The property was easy to find and easy to get into. The pictures were very accurate. The condo was clean and seemed to have new carpet. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom. I works suggest bringing paper towels and toilet paper (it may have been in description). There was some but not enough for our group of 8. The kitchen is quite small but served our needs. Ice in the freezer was a nice bonus. Washer and dryer worked well. The living space is cozy and functional. The entry is large and well equipped for plenty of ski gear, boots, pants, coats, gloves, helmets etc. Great location to the main lodge and restaurants. We are already considering a booking next year!! Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great weekend stay! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate with everything you need for a weekend away. Beds were very comfortable with extra blankets available. Kitchen was stocked with basics and even a few extras. Having the Keurig coffeepot was convenient too. The location was perfect for walking to Fall Fest activities. The owners were very responsive before and after our stay with information and answers to a few questions we had. The booklet inside the condo had some helpful tips about dining options in the area. We would definitely book this condo again. Thank you Joe and Monica!

The condo was roomy and very comfortable. Great location by the slopes. The only downside was that there weren't any dressers so we couldn't really unpack. The hosts were fantastic and very quick to respond. There was an issue with the hot water heater one evening and they got it fixed for us within hours. We had a great stay!

This place is very close to lift 8 and it was perfect for 2 families. The condo was cozy, clean, and the kitchen well equipped. The location is also very close (short walk) to the main hotel where you can buy a pass for the swimming pool. Definitely recommend this rental!

The condo was fantastic. Very clean and lots of room. We had 4 guys on a golf trip and was enough room for everyone. Walking distance to the restaurant/bar. 5 minute drive up the golf course. Would highly recommend.
